Chinese Foreign Ministry says trade negotiation delegation is preparing to go to

      The Chinese Foreign Ministry said on Monday that the Chinese trade negotiating delegation is preparing to travel to the United States. Earlier, US President Trump said that this week he will raise tariffs on 200 billion US dollars of Chinese exports to the United States.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Yan Shuang did not explain whether Vice Premier Liu He was a member of the negotiating delegation at the regular press conference.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry said that with regard to Sino-US trade negotiations, it is hoped that China and the United States can move in the same direction, and the United States should cooperate with China to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
