The court dismissed Huawei's unconstitutional lawsuit

      The U.S. government launched a motion Wednesday to dismiss a lawsuit filed by China Telecom giant Huawei Technologies Ltd. The lawsuit accused the U.S. government of illegally blacklisting Huawei products.
In a lawsuit filed in the Texas Federal Court in early March, Huawei accused the U.S. government of unconstitutionality in a bill restricting its U.S. business.
The U.S. government filed the motion with the East Texas District Court, which was Huawei's first court to file a lawsuit.
Huawei did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
