According to the full text of the implementation opinions published on the website of the national health and Health Commission, for eight categories of key groups, such as close contacts, overseas entry personnel, fever outpatients, port quarantine and border inspection personnel, "inspection should be done" and for other groups, "inspection should be done" at the same time, all regions can determine and dynamically adjust the priority detection groups according to the local actual situation.
"Insisting on prevention first, we will speed up the improvement of nucleic acid detection capacity and try our best to expand the scope of nucleic acid detection as the primary measure to implement the" four early "measures for normalized prevention and control," the implementation opinion said.
The implementation opinions and the capacity requirements for expanding the scope of testing were made clear, and it was proposed to accelerate the improvement of testing capacity from five aspects: strengthening laboratory construction, strengthening quality control and biosafety, strengthening personnel standard training, accelerating equipment capacity improvement, and ensuring information security and unimpeded, so as to fully meet the testing needs.
