Iran's President will not agree to bilateral negotiations with the United States

      Iran's President Hassan Rouhani said Tuesday that Iran will always give a negative answer to any bilateral negotiation invitation put forward by the United States.
"We never made a decision to negotiate with the United States, there were many invitations to negotiate, but we always gave a negative answer," Rouhani said in an open session of Parliament broadcast live by the state-owned broadcasting company.
U.S. President Trump has proposed that he hope to meet with Iranian leaders and hold bilateral negotiations without preconditions.
