This is the first time Ren Zhengfei has proposed to negotiate with the U.S. Department of Justice to resolve all outstanding issues between Washington and Huawei, the article said.
In addition, Ren Zhengfei also proposed that if the United States, which does not have a local 5G network manufacturer, still does not trust Huawei and does not allow Huawei to install equipment on a large scale in the United States, he could license the entire Huawei 5G platform to any interested American company to carry out 5G manufacturing, installation and operation completely independent of Huawei.
