Xi Jinping stressed that we will continue to expand the market opening to the outside world, enhance the fundamental role of domestic consumption in economic development, pay more attention to the role of imports, and further reduce tariffs and institutional costs. Expand the import of high-quality products and services to all countries, coordinate the development of trade and industry, and promote the orderly and independent circulation of domestic and international elements.
In addition, China will continue to encourage the pilot free trade zone to make bold attempts and boldness, and continue to optimize the business environment; will continue to improve the market-oriented, legal and international business environment, relax foreign market access, and continue to reduce the negative list; and continue to deepen multilateral and bilateral cooperation.
